      Ask your children to explain the significance of the formula 5210.
      This is a formula being taught in the Medical Allied Health Class that discusses healthy habits children and their families should be following to promote a healthy lifestyle.
      5= We should all eat at least 5 fruits and or vegetables daily.
      2= We should all limit screen time activities to 2 hours or less daily.
      1= We should all partake in an one hour or more of physical activity daily.
      0= We all need to try to eliminate or get rid of drinking excess calories found in sugary drinks.
